Over the weekend I was lucky enough to meet 2 employees that made my car buying experience amazing. Starting off, sales advisor Will Hager curated an environment that made me feel comfortable. He was extremely polite, helpful & patient. Before going on the test drive, he displayed the vehicle as if it were at a car show. Usually sales men throw you the keys and tell you it’s outside. At that moment i knew this was the company i wanted to do business with. While we gathered up the needed documents, he brought me refreshments, gave me a tour of the dealership and took the time to explain the process to me. No fast talking, no vague information and if i asked him to elaborate he did a great job at making sure i understood. Once it was time to purchase the vehicle, finance manager Jason Minard worked hard to make sure i was getting the best deal and was able to stay within my budget. Instead of keeping me waiting he reassured me & let me know what was going on. He was charismatic, sweet & very informative. There were some things i didn’t understand, he explained in depth. He even took the time to explain to me all the benefits & extras that came with the vehicle. Usually you’d have to figure those things out for yourself. This is my 3rd vehicle and every other time they put the papers in your face and just tell you to sign. Jason went over everything perfectly & even gave me some advice on how to make sure i didn’t run into the same issues i had with my last vehicle. I can honestly say these two made the experience feel like how it looks in movies & commercials lol. I left out the dealership with a beautiful Nissan Sentra & a peace of mind after having a hard time finding one to purchase. Thank you both so much, I can’t express how much it meant to me.

Just got my 2017 Nissan Leaf serviced by Kurt Roman today. After the tires were rotated, he aligned the car and it feels better than new. So professional, spectacular customer service, and extremely knowledgeable. Kurt and Brad frankly should be managing the servicing arm of this dealership. It is also evident that other team members look up to them and their leadership too. We will definitely be back thanks to the experience provided specifically by Kurt and Brad. They provided me with the data I requested for the alignment, and prioritized our safety by ensuring our car was in great shape.
